Our graduates say this course has literally changed their lives...
If you're serious about your fitness, but you want
to have fun getting there, join BASIC TRAINING -- the most effective
and fun fitness program in town!
What is it?
Basic Training is a no-frills fitness course based
on the exercises and principles of BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolotion/SEALS),
the SEAL's version of basic training.
We use the same concepts the SEAL Teams use to identify
and train the world's most elite warriors—hard work, determination,
and teamwork—to push you beyond your previous limits.
This is not a pseudo-military program, it's not a
SEAL wanna-be program, it's not a gimmick, and it's not a fad. This
program relies on good old-fashioned basic exercises (hence the name)
and proven fitness concepts.
Last year our participants finished the course with
a PT (Physical Training) Marathon of 1000 pushups, 1000 situps, 1000
squats, a 1000-meter run, a 1000-meter swim, and 100 pullups. Are you
up to the PT Marathon Challenge? You can be, if you join us...
Changing the Way You Exercise—and the Way You
Look at Life...
Over
the years, Basic Training graduates have transformed their lives into
models of the healthy lifestyle. Many of our graduates
now excel in the sport of triathlon, while others eat up the mile
swim, once thought to be an unattainable goal, on a daily basis.
The most effective exercise program is the one you'll
actually do.
Basic Training combines crosstraining, hard work,
and fun into a workout you'll actually look forward to!
"The comradery is great!" -ALEX,
age 38
Based on the exercises and training principles of
the elite U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, this 12-week course is designed to
push you to your maximum potential -- and beyond. Using calisthenics
and other exercises, you'll concentrate on building strength, endurance,
flexibility, and mental toughness.
"Helped me push myself to a new level
-- a great change from running and lifting!" -MIKE,
age 38
Mental Toughness
This course is designed to push you. In other words,
it's designed to be hard. If you survive the course, you'll graduate
with a new perspective on fitness and on life.
The true key to success - in fitness and in life
- is not in training the body (though that is important). The true
key to success is in training the mind. You will continually reach
outside of your comfort zone, pushing yourself beyond the routine,
driving yourself beyond old limits.
"Dropped 2 inches off my waist and
increased my pullups by over 300%!" -DAVID, age 40,
CIVIL ENGINEER
